1. Introduction
At Spotlight Avenue, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be considered.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product or service was not delivered.
- The product or service received is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
- A cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order or booking has been fulfilled.
- A show or event for which a ticket was purchased is canceled by the organizer, venue, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- The customer is denied entry to a show or event despite holding a valid ticket, and the denial was not due to customer non-compliance with entry guidelines or terms of service.
2. Ticket Availability & Cancellations
- All ticket bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. If a selected ticket becomes unavailable after the purchase, you will be notified and offered an alternative option or a full refund.
- If a show or event is canceled due to technical issues, natural disasters, governmental orders, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen incident, we will issue a refund upon submission of a valid refund request along with proof of purchase and cancellation notice.
- Spotlight Avenue is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred in connection with a canceled event or denied entry.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tickets under exceptional circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered the option of a full refund or ticket exchange, if applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the customer fails to attend the event or show for personal reasons.
- If entry is denied due to failure to comply with event-specific rules (e.g., age restrictions, prohibited items etc).
- For digital services or downloads that have been accessed, used, or fulfilled.
- For customized or personalized orders, or where services have already been delivered.
- For tickets purchased during promotional campaigns or flash sales unless the event is canceled.
4. How to Request a Refund

Include the following in your message:
- Order or ticket number
- Full name and contact details
- A clear explanation of the issue
Any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., cancellation notice, entry denial proof, etc.)
All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Spotlight Avenue reserves the right to approve or deny refund claims at its discretion based on the information provided.
5. Cancellations by Customer
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the ticket or service has not yet been processed.
- Cancellations after the 24-hour window are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
